1、 The performance and application of reversible color changing temperature measurement patches
The reversible color change temperature tag has unique color change temperature indication, digital display, and reversible color change function, and it comes with self-adhesive. Applied to parts of mechanical equipment that are prone to high temperatures, it can also be attached to the connection between busbars and equipment terminals, as well as to the contacts of isolation switches. It can also be attached to the outer shell of electrical equipment such as transformers, motors, capacitors, etc. Used to monitor temperature changes at the temperature measurement site. Once the temperature of the monitored area reaches or exceeds the rated temperature on the temperature label, the color of the corresponding temperature grid on the color changing temperature label will rapidly change. It is easy for the staff during the inspection to detect the temperature rise in the area, thereby identifying potential faults and preventing accidents from occurring. If the temperature of the monitoring area is too high, the temperature label will quickly change color. After the temperature of the monitoring area cools down, the temperature label will slowly return to its original color. The temperature tag can still be used.
2、 The usage method of reversible color changing temperature measurement patch
1. The reversible color changing temperature label is in the form of a label and can be directly pasted on the part of the product where the temperature needs to be monitored. The area where the temperature label is pasted should be thermally conductive, flat, clean, and dry. It is best to use sandpaper to remove the oxide film and rough surface, or clean and wipe it once with solvents such as gasoline and acetone. Press firmly when pasting.
2. Precautions:
a. The pasting of color changing temperature labels should be carried out in an environment where the product is stationary, at room temperature, and without electricity, and safety regulations must be followed. If you want to paste this temperature label with electricity, you must use insulation rods of the corresponding level to assist in pasting.
b. This reversible color changing temperature tag cannot be used in environments exposed to sunlight, infrared or ultraviolet radiation.
c. This reversible color changing temperature tag cannot be used in environments above 70 ℃ for a long time.
3、 Storage and service life of reversible color changing temperature measuring patches
1. The color changing temperature label can be stored indoors at room temperature. It is non-toxic, odorless, and non irritating to the skin. It should be kept away from heat sources (such as radiators, electric stoves, etc.) and protected from sunlight, infrared or ultraviolet radiation.
2. Due to the complexity of the usage environment for color changing temperature tags. This temperature tag can be used indoors at room temperature (it cannot be in a state of overheating and discoloration for a long time), and its validity period can be more than 2 years.
